Supported Living
Supported living

Support to live the life you choose

We specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge to live as independently as possible.

Our approach is person-centred. You are actively involved in creating your own support plan, deciding what support you need and when, all within your budget. Our trained and compassionate staff provide different levels of support to suit each person’s preferences and needs.

How it works

Starting your support

Every person is different, but these four steps cover the key stages of starting supported living with us.

Step 1

Get in touch

Call us on 01732 807 121 or email info@sapcare.co.uk. We’ll talk through what you or your loved one is looking for.

Step 2

Plan your support together

We work with you to create a personalised support plan, so you decide what support you need and when, within your budget.

Step 3

Support tailored to you

Our trained staff provide the level of support that suits you, including 1:1 support where it’s needed.

Step 4

Living your life

We help you build friendships, take part in activities you enjoy and grow your independence, with 1:1 support during holidays too.

More than a place to live

Our Supported Living service goes far beyond providing a home. We create a warm and inclusive community where people feel valued, respected and inspired to reach their full potential, and where meaningful relationships can grow.

Through a wide range of activities, we aim to improve wellbeing and support personal growth for everyone we support.

Our home in North Tonbridge

We have a supported living house in North Tonbridge for four people, and we plan to expand with more properties across West Kent.
