Recruitment Process

Upon receiving your job application form, if you meet our requirements, you will be called for an interview. We try to arrange interviews within 2 weeks from receiving your application form. During the Interview, we will explain SAPCARE’s core values, code of conduct and what the job roles entails. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the position you applied for. 

If you are successful during the Interview, we will need to do Disclosure Barring Checks (DBS) on you. This will take up to 2 weeks although there are fast track checks that can be requested if you wish. Once this has been confirmed and SAPCARE has received the original copy confirming no criminal records, we will then arrange for you to do all the Mandatory Trainings required. These trainings will need to renewed every 12 months. Please note, we will request 2 references.

SAPCARE supports Personal and Professional Development of Staff. We have access to qualifications for personal developments and continue to encourage our staff to take fully funded Diploma courses.

We do regular appraisals, to which you get an opportunity to speak to you manager. You will have the opportunity to express your concerns and your manager is trained to help find ways to progress with your career in the Healthcare Industry.
